* Boneless chicken 300 gm
* Peanut paste/ almond paste 1 tsp * Garlic chopped nice 2 tsp * Ginger chopped nice 2 tsp * Mint/ coriander leaves 1 tsp * Chili powder * Olive oil 1 table spoon * Tooth pick * Banana leave as required |
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, peanut paste, garlic slice, ginger slice, mint slice, lemon leave slice and chili powder.
2. Keep it for 20 minutes. 3. Give olive oil into the pan and fry the marinated chicken for 10 minutes 4. Cut the banana leaves in a thin longitudinal slice. 5. After cooling wrap the cooked chicken pieces in the leaves and tied with toothpick. |
