Greetings to you all from Canada and thank you for stopping by my posting. I am a Canadian living in Vancouver, Canada. I own a 2.5 Katha land next to adjacent Lake City Concord in Khilkhet. The land's is clear, all the documents, stamp duty, taxes and government papers up to date and have received recently permission to build a 6 story apartment building from Rajuk. Also have applied for gas, and Electricity, and water is already on the property.
I bought this land 7 years ago for my family by hoping to spend some times in Dhaka but they all have changed their mind and most likely will not be used. Therefore, I would like to sell the property to a suitable person or investor who will appreciate this beautiful piece of land. The land is in a quiet area in a peaceful environment and totally open four side exposure and will have all year round breeze and open sky in a very beautiful quite neighborhood and there will never be build any building east, north and south as the Lake City and Concord has the park used for their parks and recreational facilities. The land, the neighborhood is safe and clean, you will not need to be concern for safety, noise, or traffic as Bangladesh Government Navy has their newest high school and family residence also prestigious Concord Lake City is your neighbor and close to school, mosque, banks, Shapno and hospitals. 5 minutes drive to the new 300 feet Purbachal Hway, 10 minutes to Dhaka International airport. The property worth over 50 lac Taka per Katha and has current market value more then Tk. 1.25 crore but am willing negotiate a reasonable price based on market value and with a serious buyer. I have a great difficulty to deal with typical land buying/selling mentality and can’t handle as I live in abroad. So if you are sincere and a genuine buyer, I would be interested to discuss with you any matter.
