* 600 g beef (thinly sliced)
* ¼ cup yoghurt * 2 pips cardamom * ½ tsp salt * 1 tsp brown sugar * 1 ½ tbsp chili powder * 1 ½ tbsp coriander seed * 1 tsp cumin seed * 2 tsp black peppercorn * 1 tsp fenugreek seed * 50 g sliced onions * 15 g chopped ginger * 1 g cloves * 5 g sliced garlic * 5 g curry leaves * 5 tbsp oil |
1. Season beef slices with ingredients A for ½ hour
2. Combine ingredients B and fry in 22cm casserole on power High for 4 ½ minutes, uncovered. 3. Add in yoghurt, cardamoms and seasoned beef slices 4. Cover and cook on power High for 4 minutes, then on Medium for 10 minutes. 5. Add in sugar and salt. 6. Standing time : 10 minutes |
