* Boneless beef 1 kg (Big piece/slice)
* Sour card 1 cup * Papaya/papaw paste 1 cup * Ginger paste 1 tea spoon * Poppy paste 1 tea spoon * Garlic paste 1 tea spoon * Peanut paste 1 tea spoon * Pistachio paste 1 tea spoon * Raisin paste (kismis) 1 tea spoon * Cardamom paste (elachi) ½ tea spoon * Cassia leaf (Tej pata) as required 3-4 pieces * Cinnamon (Daruchini) 3-4 pieces or as required * Ghee & oil 1 table spoon * Salt as required * Tomato sauce 2 tea spoon * Chili sauce 1 tea spoon |
1. Take the beef piece in a bowl.
2. Mix the beef with sour card, papaya paste, ginger paste, poppy paste, garlic paste, peanut paste, pistachio paste, raisin paste, cardamom paste, cassia leaf, cinnamon, salt properly. 3. After mixing properly keep it for 4 hours approximately. After that add 1 table spoon of oil/gree. 4. Pour water until the beef piece sink. 5. Cook the curry up to the liquid become semi-gravy. 6. Slice the beef about ½” piece, after cooling it. 7. Add tomato sauce & chili sauce with the paste and heat it for 3 minutes. 8. Take ghee on a fry pan & fry the beef slice on low fire. 9. Brush the sauce paste over the beef piece and fry both side in the fry pan. 10. Serve it after garnish with carrot and cucumber. |
