* Goat meat
* Sour cream or yogurt * Onion * Ginger * Garlic * Oil * Garam masala * Dry chili powder * Tomato paste (not mandatory) |
1. Clean the meat with water very well and marinate the meat with sour cream or yogurt for at least 12 hours.
2. Chop the onion into slices 3. Grind ginger and garlic 4. Take the pan on to the burner, add oil and boil. Add garam masala into it. Fry the garlic first then add chopped onion and ginger. Fry until the onion turns into brown. Add dry chili powder and turmeric into it. 5. Add the marinated meat. Stir for 30-35 minutes or until the onions dissolve completely. 6. Add salt as required at the half way of the cooking. 7. By the way you can add tomato paste to make it more colorful as well as tasty. 8. Add water and boil. Wait until be cooked. It might take variable time depending upon the meat condition (actually the age of the goat :)) 9. Now its done. Serve it. |
